Ensuring consistency in the care quality is ideal to guarantee that our participants continue to progress while they are with us. Thus, Quality Care AFC, Inc. conducts monthly in-home visits to monitor our AFC member’s condition and improvement while living with their primary caregivers. During our visits, we also take the opportunity to discuss and share essential information with the care provider about what courses of action we can take to maximize the care we provide our participants.
